Biography

Adam Raphael has been creating fine art photographs for more than a decade. His subtle, tasteful work of stunning young men is prized around the world and appears in five published monographs (Book One, 1999; Friends, 2001; Friends and Brothers, 2004; Room Service, 2007, and Barely Working, 2008) as well as two published collections (Self Exposure, 2005; and Night Visions, 2008). His photographs have appeared in numerous international magazines.

Adam’s photographs are part of the permanent collection of the following museums:

• Center for Creative Photography, Tucson
• Museum of Fine Arts, Houston
• Lowe Art Museum, Miami
• Metropolitan Museum of Art, New York

In addition, his work is widely collected. His work was recently featured in the “Hot Fun in the Summertime” show at the Bonni Benrubi Gallery in New York from June 18 to September 5, 2009.
